John Duran

John Duran is a highly skilled sales professional whose commitment is to always provide extraordinary service while employing superior sales and negotiating skills.  John has 30 years of experience in general resale real estate, plus an extensive background in new home, custom and luxury home sales.

Since joining Frank Howard Allen in 2008, John Duran and The Duran Group have been named the top producing group at Frank Howard Allen Realtors Sonoma County, in the years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. John’s distinguished career includes many awards from Frank Howard Allen Realtors, including: Chairman’s Circle of Excellence (2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012), Client Service Award (2008-2012) and Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club since 1980. John has been honored by the Homebuilders of America with their Survivor Award (2007-2008), for Sales Excellence and for Community Service (2002), and as Sales Manager of the Year (2006).  John also served as president for the Santa Rosa Chapter of the Board of Realtors from 2010 to 2011.  He is widely respected in the brokerage community and was voted “Realtor of the Year” for Sonoma County in 2011.

John is actively involved in the community and on the boards of many local cultural art associations in Sonoma County; including the Mr. Music Foundation, the Love Choir and the Sonoma County Arts Council.  John has also served as co-Chair of the ArtsSonoma Festival.
